Testing complex electronic and electromechanical assemblies is not a trivial task. XTEC offers a full range of testing services including in-circuit, functional and full system testing. We place a high priority on testing, and understand that the development of a successful test set requires:

• A thorough systems-level understanding of the product and the assembly to be tested.

• A comprehensive component-level understanding of the assembly to be tested.

• An understanding of the physical and thermal stresses of the operational environment.

• Experience developing PC-based ATE systems for functional testing, along with interface hardware, control software and test fixtures.

• Experience operating and maintaining original equipment for use in a full system test environment.

• The quality management system necessary to ensure consistent and reliable test processes, instrumentation calibration and test record documentation.
