The XTEConline.com website is powered by software linked to a relational database system, and provides customers with secure portal accessibility and many advanced reporting features.  Customers may sign into the private, password-secured DataCenter area of the site to track order status, check inventory availability, and access other important information in real-time.  The goal of this new Internet software system is to leverage information from the service process to provide XTEC’s customers with an array of potential competitive advantages.  Two years in development, the software system behind this website represents the next logical step as XTEC works to provide the most fully integrated suite of electronic repair services available.
